One of our amazing parents came up with this suggestion. What really helps is packing all the daily snacks into a lunch box before 8:30am, it stops complaining, wearing out a track to the fridge and the pantry, and stops us from being eaten out of house and home!

The other thing we do that helps is that our student makes their own lunch and often will make mine during the break and takes it outside to eat. Helping out, getting some fresh air and away from the screen for a while. This ticks a lot of boxes.
