I thought that the main messages was that he was telling us to use organic food so that we didn’t have to kill animals and that to not buy what you think looks good buy what you need.
He got the messages across to the audience by having a loud voice and using humour to crack up the audience so that the audience was hooked in from the start.
He used a microphone to project his voice and he used body language to show what he was telling to the audience so that he got everything that he wanted to the audience.
I thought he used a lot of body language and hand expressions to show what he was talking about and he also walked a bit around the stage so that it wouldn’t look weird.
My Passion is cheerleading and I intend to make a film on how to do a back handspring. I will use my air track that is from charlie mat and I will wear my competition gear and i’ll use my computer to film. I will show what you need to have to do a back handspring and how to do it. I also really want to teach someone how to do a back handspring so that I can get better myself at tumbling. You can watch at any age but mainly targeted at people who are interested in tricks and flips.
Here is a film that we made for the green screen…
Today I learnt how to use a wireless mic and everything about it. When we explored in this session we need to use the HFG camera. When you film the actor earthier has a lapel mic or a cordless mic. The actor has a transmitter and the actor connects the wireless lapel mic to the mic hole in the transmitter. The manager has the responder where it plugs into the hole on the right side on the HFG camera.
Here is a little video of the wireless lapel mic…..
Shot Gun Mic
Here is a film that I made talking all about the shot gun mic…
What is copy right?
In this session we were told to go on a website called Royalty Free Music. When you copy some music it can not be POPULAR music. Instructional films would have more upbeat music. Mystery films would have moddy and tense music. news report needs a good news-themed tune. Documentary with a serious message would have a slower, pensive kind of song.
We had to find music that would match the themed show like:
- Star Wars
- The Greatest Showman
Here is one of the sounds and it’s for The Greatest Showman…..
This session I learnt all about how to edit films. We also did an app called Adobe Premiere. Adobe Premiere is a fabulous editing program. It has lots of ins an outs but also has a lot to it. in this clinic the percentages are planning: 60%, production: 10%, Editing: 30%.
To Small? Right click then scale to frame size.
To big? Right click and then scale to frame size for the picture to be on the frame.
Here is a little video that Ash and I made on Adobe Premiere…..
In this session I learnt how to set up and use a storyboard. In this session I got to set out a How to Film and I’m doing mine on how to do a back handspring.
what you have to do on a storyboard is you have to write something in each column. You have to write in the first column what that scene will be about then the next column you have to write what the camera position will be and why, then the next column will be what you say in that scene.
Here is what I’ve done so far on my storyboard…
