I have such fond memories of making ANZAC biscuits with my mum as a child. We were never sure if they would be chewy and flat or crunchy bordering on hard, but it was still fun!

Instead of giving you my unreliable recipe, I’ve searched You Tube for the best one I could find, how could I look past the Australian Women’s Weekly. I mean those birthday cakes! Surely they must be able to manage an ANZAC biscuit that is a great tribute to our armed forces.
