Learning goals

These are my learning goals for week 9:

My goal:

Finish my homework before the weekend.

Describe: I have made good progress this week. I am halfway to finishing my homework for this week

Feel: I feel good doing this because I know that I don’t have to do homework on the weekend when I do this.

Evaluate: Some problems I had were, getting distracted when I’m doing homework.

Analyse: I have these problems because I easily get distracted by playing games, or watching tv. I think others might have these problems.

Conclude: I think this is a good idea because I then have more time to relax, for the rest of the week.

Plan: I plan to do my homework early.

Book title:

The first Overland,.

Author:

Tim Slessor.

Review:

This book is about 6 men who decided they would drive from London, to Singapore in 2 Landrovers. This story is about their wonderful journey that they had, meeting the locals, overcoming problems and seeing the devastation the war had had (it is set in the 1950’s) during their trip between, London and Singapore, and a brief synopsis of the trip back. I think the main message of this story is to do thing that are out of the normal, and have good life experiences
